Live in Franklin County
Be at risk of homelessness
Not have received rental assistance from any organization within the last 12 months to be eligible for rental assistance

Our form opens every Tuesday morning at 9 am. The form will be closed outside of that time, or once all our slots for that week are filled.

How do I know if my application went through?
If you get a screen that says, “You will be meeting with our HRS”, that means your application was received and you should expect a call, email, or text from us within 48 hours.
Do I need to be there in person to apply?
No, you do not need to be at Crossroads Church to apply. You can apply fully online.
